Child protection policies for carers

Territory Families’ policies guide the way it works with children and young people who are in care.

This includes supporting the child’s care and continued connection to parents, siblings, family, community and culture.

The policies on this page provide guidance and information for foster and kinship carers, and Territory Families staff, about shared responsibilities when caring for children and young people in care.
